I recorded another audio post, just because I had a free minute to do it. Malley’s in it, but she’s asleep so don’t expect to hear anything.

In this installment, I talk about changing up my entire strategy since I’m not in weight-loss mode anymore, my experience trying out a bulk in March, and how difficult it was on several levels. Having spent a year eating less food, counting calories, eating few carbs, and losing weight, I’m now trying to do the exact opposite of all that in the hopes of building more muscle.  Also, I get screwed at Dunkin’ Donuts. Then I discuss my top two abs, which can be viewed only in certain kinds of light but are still there sort of. And no, I’m not including any pictures.
